Department Charge Nurse at an acute care hospital serving the

Health.The Emergency Department Charge Nurse will report to the RN
Director of Emergency Services, and will play a pivotal role in the
ED. You'll oversee a team of dedicated nurses and support staff,
ensuring efficient and compassionate patient care. Collaborating
closely with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare
professionals, the ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator will have the
opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients
while advancing their career in emergency nursing.The Emergency
Department Charge Nurse, will lead by example, fostering a culture
of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. This clinical
leaders play a key role in developing and mentoring staff, ensuring
