A company is looking for a Setter Team Lead to manage and
motivate a small group of sales setters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example and embody company values
Analyze sales data to identify trends and set sales goals
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership
role
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to analyze sales data and metrics
Experience with Hubspot, Zoom, Loom, and Slack preferred
Highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude
