in Bothell WA

As the Sr. Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for
installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance on production
equipment
As a Sr. Maintenance Technician, you will:
Leads routine facility audits by inspecting electrical, mechanical,
and hydraulic equipment, including both rolling stock and
stationary equipment.
Leads all preventative maintenance.
Understands and communicates equipment failures, determines
cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments or repairs.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in
operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and
testing instruments.
Oversee accurate records of equipment failures and repairs.
Participates in on-call availability for maintenance and emergency
requests.
Ensures that safety, health and environmental legal and company
standards are complied with, emphasizing safety as a top
priority.
Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as
needed to accomplish job results.
May be required to operate a forklift and Loader to move equipment
and parts.
Regular physical attendance on a predictable basis is essential to
the performance of this job.
Follows instructions, responds to management direction.
Ability to read electrical schematics and chase electrical
Problems.
The ability to set priorities which accurately reflect the relative
importance of job responsibilities.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
You will need the following to succeed in this role:
Ability to set-up and maintain a system for providing preventive
maintenance and service for miscellaneous production equipment
(dicing saw, precision grinder, pumps/compressors, lapper, metal
vapor deposition system, etc.).
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
4-7 years' experience in equivalent role.
Electro mechanical equipment maintenance repair required
Familiar with 480-volt 3 Phase, VFD's, Starters, Overloads, and
PLC's is preferred.
Basic PC skills.
Experience with set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of
dicing saws and other equipment.
Experience working in the medical device industry (ISO, GMP, FDA,
QSR, etc.). preferred
Ability to work independently under general supervision.
Manual dexterity to use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers,
wrenches).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
