Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Policy Analyst responsible for
producing effective written communication on policies, procedures,
and guidelines within a federal government agency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, draft, and maintain IT-related policies for compliance
with regulatory frameworks
Create strategies to educate the workforce on IT initiatives and
compliance efforts
Analyze business processes to determine documentation requirements
and manage reviews with SMEs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or Master's degree
with 4 years of experience
At least three years of experience in policy analysis and writing
in a government setting
Experience in policy writing, preferably related to IT topics
Knowledge of business process reengineering principles and IT
management developments
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage
multiple tasks
