Job Description:
Description:Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks
in the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all bakery
equipment. Completes preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by
the lead, troubleshoots and repairs as needed.
The following position responsibilities are essential functions of
the position. Successful job applicants will be able to perform

- Working safely using proper PPE equipment
- Communication with other departments
- Order parts using generated PO numbers from Monkey Media
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems
- Delegate tasks to crew utilizing their respective skills
- Ability to monitor building and facility operations, and
implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Refrigeration. Willingness to understand standard refrigeration
systems, ability to use hand and power tools to perform standard
repairs (i.e. filters, motors, fans and belts)
- Electrical. Ability to assist with maintaining, altering and
repairing electrical equipment.
- Fabricating. Ability to perform welding and soldering as needed
in the repair, altering or replacement of equipment
- Ability to comprehend technical manuals and schematics
- Respond to daily equipment trouble, troubleshoot and
repair
- Adhere to food safety guidelines HACCP and GFSI
Requirements:
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Electrical and 3 phase power knowledge, welding, refrigeration
and plumbing
- Must be able to read and write English proficiently. Bi-lingual
Vietnamese or Spanish preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Physical Requirements: Standing 90% of shift, walking 75% of
shift, repetitive motion (bending, pushing, twisting, hand
movements and wrist movements), lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
and pushing and pulling of equipment and tool carts.

Range of Pay: $22.00-$32.00/hour
