Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voice Support Analyst to provide
specialist support for managed voice solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to infrastructure alarms and metrics
Take ownership of support tickets and maintain communication with
clients
Train end-users and provide escalated support for L1 Support
Engineers
Required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Experience maintaining SLA targets
General understanding of IP switching and routing
Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365)
Exposure to ITIL processes, specifically problem, incident, and
change management
