Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Analyst to support
reporting, KPI management, and data analytics across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain reporting frameworks for operating metrics and
KPIs
Combine data analytics with frontline insights to develop
actionable programs
Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational
improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in finance, product
management, project management, or data analytics
Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Einstein, or Dataiku for
reporting and analytics
Experience in statistical modeling and quantitative analysis
Strong understanding of business processes and data quality
management
Experience in building and managing data science models is
preferred
