MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician performs general and preventative maintenance of all equipment, physical structures, and landscaping in compliance with corporate/franchise standards to protect the asset, ensure optimum operations and maximize guest satisfaction.

                • Previous experience in hospitality at a similarly sized property highly preferred. - - - -

                  • Must possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
                    
                    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
                    
                    Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
                    
                    
                    
                    Must be able to see, walk, stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch, kneel, push and pull.
