In this role, you will:
Design Solutions: Create scalable, secure Experience Cloud
solutions that meet business needs.
Integration: Plan and manage integration with other Salesforce
products and external systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business leaders to understand
requirements and provide technical guidance.
Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of portals
and communities.
Security: Ensure the platform meets security and compliance
standards.
Performance Optimization: Continuously improve performance and
scalability.
Development Oversight: Guide developers on customizations and
integrations.
Documentation & Training: Document the solution and train internal
teams on maintenance.
Project Collaboration: Work with project managers to meet deadlines
and budget goals.
Support: Provide ongoing support and enhancements after
implementation.
Who You Are:
Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce Experience
Cloud, Lightning components, and integration capabilities.
Architectural Knowledge: Ability to design technical architecture
that's scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Effective communication skills to engage
with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to diagnose issues and design
robust solutions.
Project Management Understanding: Familiarity with project
timelines, scope management, and resource allocation.
