Service Technician with 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience required to provide top-notch service to customers across North America.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Repairing and overhauling equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices
  
• Providing general repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment
  
• Performing preventative maintenance activities for customers
  
• Testing malfunctioning systems and components
  
• Maintaining legible corporate and personal records of work history
  
• Providing department support by processing job tickets and work orders
  
• Driving company vehicle in a safe manner
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial refrigeration experience
    
  • High school diploma/GED
    
  • EPA certification
    
  • Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school (a plus)
    
  • Experience working on refrigeration equipment in convenience stores or supermarkets (a strong plus)
    
  • Familiarity with single systems and rack systems, as well as previous work on display cases and walk-in boxes (very helpful)
    
  • Good driving record and ability to work independently
    
  • Emergency on-call availability
    
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. with no assistance and sit/stand for several hours at a time
