Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Supervisor to oversee
customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support customer service staff in handling inquiries
and resolving issues
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service excellence
standards
Act as a point of escalation for complex customer interactions and
provide real-time assistance
Required Qualifications and Education:
High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree
preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role or relevant supervisory
experience
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Experience in a multi-channel contact center environment
preferred
Employee-provided high-speed internet is required
