exceptional Hospitalist team working at the Providence Regional
Medical Center in Everett, Washington. -

Medical Hospitalist -
Seeking a BC/BE full-time physician to work with a growing
inpatient service at a vibrant 500-bed safety-net community
hospital in Everett, Washington, about 30 miles north of Seattle.
The team is composed of 80+ providers. The hospital has a robust
multidisciplinary staff that supports all inpatient work, including
subspecialists, pharmacists, social workers, respiratory and
physical therapists, palliative care, etc. This position enjoys a
hospitalist schedule of 14-17 shifts per month, with no more than 3
night shifts per year.--- The average daily census ranges between
14-18 patients per shift. The most desirable candidate would have a
solid medicine background (internal medicine). -

The Medical Hospitalist Team is very well-supported with solid
relationships with its ICU, ER, subspecialists and hospice
colleagues. -
This community hospital has deep ties to both the University of
Washington with a long tradition of teaching medical students as
well as the Washington State University, now serving as a principal
training site for both the internal medicine residency program and
third-year Medicine clerks. -

Qualifications:
Unrestricted WA State Medical License -
Current WA DEA certificate -
Board Certified Internal Medicine -
EMR proficient -
Proven positive attitude and solid work ethic -
Proven self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of
independence -
Proven solid verbal and written communication skills -
Ability to work both shifts on a full-time basis -
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience
Managed Care and Medi-Cal experience
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is
$288,631 to $ 385,254 annually. Salary Range is defined as total
cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base
and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local
labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
