Job Description:
A company is looking for a Members Operations Associate in the
Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to members through inbound emails and proactive
outreach
Manage membership onboarding, payment processing, and treatment
outcome reconciliation
Process clinic invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and
communication of discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in customer support or
financial operations
Previous experience in a customer service role through written and
phone channels
Experience with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot) and Excel/Google
Sheets
Exposure to accounting systems is a plus (ideally Xero)
Ability to work autonomously and flexible to work core UK hours
