Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to
develop engaging online learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop synchronous and asynchronous learning
programs
Convert existing instructor-led training into an online format
Lead design efforts and mentor other instructional designers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing effective learning programs
5+ years of experience with online learning development tools like
Storyline and Camtasia
Experience in conducting learning analysis and immersive learning
concepts
Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs assessment
techniques
Proficient in Microsoft 365 products
