Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Member Support Specialist
(French).
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support to current and prospective members via
email, phone, and chat
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member
experience
Assist in establishing support standards for French-Canadian
members
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a call center or customer-facing
role
At least 6 months of experience with technical support
Proficient in both written and spoken French or French Canadian
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in healthcare or tech, preferably startups
