Job Description:
A company is looking for a Conventional Mortgage Underwriter
(Full-Time) to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Validate automated underwriting findings and verify accuracy of
loan documents
Review appraisals to ensure accurate valuation and support
Communicate with relevant parties regarding loan status and
outstanding requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in production underwriting
Experience with Encompass software
Solid knowledge of conventional and government underwriting
guidelines
Active underwriting of Fannie and Freddie loans within the last 36
months
Extensive knowledge of mortgage guidelines and compliance
