We power and deliver product analytics, user behavior analysis, experimentation, and visualization services that enable highly tailored and optimized experiences using the scientific methods and applied insights.In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic analysis and insights for the InsurTech business, while actively looking for opportunities to grow the business.
  • Own end to end process in evaluating A/B or multivariate tests to improve learning; proactively uncover opportunities and recommend new features for test and learn; evaluate and apply alternative methods to supplement randomized testing.
  • Perform advanced statistical analyses on experimental data to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
  • Apply your expertise in data modeling, quantitative analysis, data mining, data visualization with a goal of improving customer experience and business results with a religious focus on impactful analytics.
  • A high performing individual contributor who consistently applies and enhances the analytics capabilities, best practices and processes to solve complex business issues and identify opportunities.
  • Function independently, assessing existing and upcoming business needs.
  • Work with data engineers to ensure best practices are implemented through experimentation platform.
  • Effectively communicate statistical findings and insights to stakeholders and collaborate with product development teams to integrate statistical insights into decision-making.Experience and qualifications:
    • Bachelor's, Masters or PhD degree in Mathematics, Science, Statistics, Engineering or 5+ years` data analytics experience in a business context.
    • Strong analytical/modeling skills with ability to convert raw data into measurable insights.
    • Able to structure/work on data exploration problems, with innovative ways and solutions, bringing to bear strong reporting and data visualization skills.
    • Strong hands-on experience in SQL.
    • Proficient in building data visualizations (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
    • Intermediate (or better) knowledge of Statistics.
    • Experience with R, Python, or other coding language a plus.
    • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics a plus.
    • Experience in modeling selection, building and evaluation.The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual`s knowledge, skills, and experience.
