DescriptionStarting Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 - depending on

Position Summary:Provide project management support for Project
Managers through effective communication, negotiation, scheduling,
tracking, document control, and forecasting of costs and
profitability. Support and collaborate with company
superintendents, foreman, engineers, detailers, and management to
deliver quality and profitable projects. Position
RequirementsEssential Job Functions:1. Assist in the bid process
and the procurement of new work.2. Estimate and negotiate change
orders.3. Track, forecast, report labor hours and material costs.4.
Buyout major equipment and subcontracts.5. Expedite and track
deliveries of major equipment/materials.6. Maintain working
knowledge of general conditions, work scope and specifications of
project contract/subcontract.7. Maintain and control documents in
compliance with UMC Standards as well as contractual compliance.8.
Collaborate with field labor supervision to plan, organize and
schedule project work including preparation of subcontract/contract
integrated project schedule.9. Review contract drawings, detail
drawings and specifications. 10. Prepare fabrication shop work
package including detail drawing review, material take off and
buyout, and man-hour fabrication budget.11. Ensure full compliance
with UMC Safety Program at the jobsite.12. Regular attendance and
promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job
functions.Secondary Job Functions: 1. Maintain client relations.2.
Develop and retain mechanical systems knowledge including
engineering, estimating, construction practices, and financial
management.Skills Required to Perform the Essential Duties of the
Job: --- Ability to accurately estimate mechanical work.--- Ability

understand and communicate basic mechanical concepts.--- Advanced
organizational and time management skills.--- Attention to detail -

Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project, Access,
and AutoCAD.Education/ Experience Requirements Needed to Perform
the Essential Duties of the Job:--- Construction Management,
