Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead
the client implementation process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert knowledge on products and services to prospective
and new clients
Lead client kick-off calls and manage ongoing communications to
ensure program objectives are met
Analyze client program parameters and set up project plans while
managing multiple implementations concurrently
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to lead multiple implementations under tight time
constraints
Knowledge of project management tools and software such as
Salesforce.com and Excel
Experience with Motus products is a plus
