Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Specialist 3 to design and
manage technical training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs and manage
related projects
Conduct training requirements analysis and provide administrative
support for training initiatives
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide on-the-job
training (OJT) on TACNET operations
Qualifications & Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, or
a related discipline
Training certification in Navy's basic instructor training or an
industry-standard trainer certification
Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) qualification within 12 months
10 years of professional training experience with a Master's degree
or 14 years with a Bachelor's degree
Active Secret Clearance
