Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Technical Support
Representative to provide support for digital solutions in an
educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide live and non-live support for various digital solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported technical issues
Document customer interactions using a ticketing system
Required Qualifications
High school graduate
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suite
Understanding of major browsers and mobile devices
Technical degree or certification(s) preferred
Technical support experience preferred
