In the end, we appreciate and understand the dynamics and intricacies of an organization.Job DescriptionWidenet Consulting is currently recruiting for an experienced Software Engineer capable of designing and building a next generation platform. Our focus is on building a global, secure, performant, service-oriented platform with first-class developer ergonomics. The platform will enable our applications to efficiently process petabytes of unique information and create superb user experiences.We face a variety of challenges at the scale we operate:

• Mixed workloads: Most of our applications require high performance transactional data stores with supplemental analytical systems updated in near real-time. These systems must work together and handle a variety of user-interactive use cases while seamlessly processing 24x7 data integration traffic (API, ETL).
• Real-time data analytics: We have a number of use cases across our applications where users need to issue arbitrary queries across very large data sets, and get answers in real-time.
• Traffic spikes: Some of our applications communicate direct to consumers, and need to handle large bursts of traffic -- autoscaling is a requirement for us, not an optimization.
• Global orchestration: We are a global company operating in 100+ countries, and have a variety of data assets with regional restrictions.
