Job Title: Retail Floor SupervisorCrystal Mountain Resort is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Floor Supervisor to join our team at Right Angle Sports. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and communicating with guests, answering phones, and processing transactions.
• Manage inventory levels, perform transfers, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient operations.
• Maximize sales opportunities by restocking, merchandising, and providing product knowledge to customers.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by following safety practices and maintaining a clean store appearance.
• Collaborate with the Receiving Specialist and Sr. Manager to achieve business objectives.Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, and basic office equipment.What We Offer:
