Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Best Buy. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that showcase our products and drive sales.Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing store displays that meet company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure displays align with marketing strategies and product launches
• Install and maintain store displays, including complex interactive displays and AV equipment
• Provide functionality support for store displays and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Stay up-to-date on vendor-provided displays and new technologies to ensure seamless integrationRequirements
  • 3 months of demonstrated merchandising, technical, or functionality support skills
  • Able to safely use small hand tools, light duty power tools, and other in-house equipment
  • Able to work overnight and weekend shifts
  • Able to travel up to 75% of the year
