CRNA Locums Job in Washington - Scheduled Clinical Hours Only - Starting September 2025 and Ongoing

Coverage Needs:
- Full time, any combination of (4) 10-hour shifts, (5) 10-hour shifts, or (3) 12-hour shifts each week

Assignment Details/Requirements #107024:
- Active Washington license required or IMLC
- Board Certification required. ACLS certified
- Medically supervised, care team model
- Case mix includes: ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)
- CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department
- Facility Details: EMR: EPIC, Trauma Level 3, PEDs Level 3, 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgery Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab
- Credentialing Timeframe: 75-90 days
