qualified NICU RN in Renton, Washington, 98055 Pay Information
$2,248 per week About The Position ID: 51613117 Shift: 12H Nights
Description: Unit START DATES: 11/4, 11/18, 12/2EPIC EXP 100%
REQUIRED2 YEARS OF NICU EXP FIRMLevel of NICU: 3 of beds: 20Ratios:
1:1-3 depending on acuity and staffingRequired Certifications: NRP,
BLSCommon diagnoses/Types of patients: Extremely
premature/premature patients, BPD, HIE, feeding intolerance,
respiratory support, sepsis/meningitisExperience or 'Must have'
skills: Ability to care for gestations down to 23 weeks, all
respiratory equipment, use of feeding pumpsAre RNs required to
titrate drips?: YesCommon titratable &/or set rate drips: BP
drugs, TPN/D10, InsulinCharge Nurse/House Supervisor: BothAre there
nurse aids on this unit/Ratios: NoNeonatologist in house 24/7?:
Neonatologist no ARNP/PA yesRT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc):
HFOV, HFJV, Conventional vent, CPAP, HFNC, NCIs there tele on this
unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips?: Yes, nurses read
stripsShifts & Scheduling: 3-12s per week 4 week schedulesWeekend
Requirement: Can be every weekendHoliday Requirement: Possible -
individualized to contract. Is there a call or standby

Requirements: Can float to peds to care for NICU grads, any patient
until 12 months of age or be a 1:1 sitter for a behavioral health
patientScrub Color/Dress Code: Royal BlueUnit/Departments specific
orientation: 1-2 shifts of orientation Cancellation Policy:1 shift
per 2 week period. For any Temporary that has been placed on
standby by the hospital and is subsequently called back in to work
any portion of the shift, such working time will be paid at the
Standard hourly rate. Callback does not apply in these instances.
