TravelNurseSource is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a qualified CVICU RN in Seattle, Washington, 98122 Pay Information $2,300 per week About The Position ID: 51651194 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: The 26 weeks is flexible to any amount a traveler can commit to over 13 weeks. Local bill rate is the same as travel rate. Travelers are expected to be available to work at least 3 holidays out of the 5 ( Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas EVE, New Year's EVE, New Year's Day. This is an AYA offer unit. If traveler does not sign in 24 hours , candidate risks loosing the offer to the first candidate that signs. Manager will call candidate after signs contract and will have 48 hours to reject candidate post interview. MUST5 HAVE MIN OF 2 YEARS EXP & TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PASS CLINICAL REVIEW TO RECIEVE AUTO OFFER - COMPACT LICENSE ACCEPTED Please indicate the WA license status : Active , in Process or no license on your profile. IF " in process status " Please provide applied date and ETA of issue dateIF previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. No exceptions.Floating: All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff. All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they re floated to. Traveler s refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
