together.Role description:Arcadis is looking to add Project
Managers who are comfortable working within a facility project
environment. This is a key role for our client, so we are seeking
experienced project professionals who are comfortable managing
resource commitments for small-scale projects as well as managing
evolving priorities and stakeholder expectations.The successful
candidate should expect 25% travel within the State to visit
project sites and meet clients.Role accountabilities:
- Manage a range of small-scale facility projects no greater than
$50,000.
- Prioritize and undertake projects assigned through submitted
work orders. This may require you to meet with clients to define
requirements and collect data for routine small-scale projects, as
well as monitor project status and address issues arising.
- Provide cost estimates and negotiate options with customers to
select the best solution and ensure the best outcome for our
clients while meeting schedule and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with affected parties such as customers, Designers,
SHEA, Crafts, Security, and network infrastructure to create an
agreed-upon implementation plan.
- Coordinate and oversee contractor activities, schedule
adherence, site conditions, safety, and budget to ensure compliance
with standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate office moves and relocations, manage furniture
inventory and ordering.Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in the construction industry, including
6+ years' experience managing small to medium-sized projects within
a facility environment.
- Able to work on and oversee multiple projects in or about
Alaska. The successful candidate will be required to go to project
sites.
- Professional accreditation in a relevant discipline
(Construction Management, Cert. Construction Administrator, Cert.
Construction Manager) or related project experience.
- Strong technical skills related to software like: MS Office,
Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
- Commitment to Health and Safety.

The salary range for this position is $78,415 - $129,385. Actual
salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as
experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and
location.
