A company is looking for an Associate Director, Inside Sales
Vendor Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop teams of Sales Managers and Inside Sales
Agents
Monitor sales results and implement tactical operations for
projects and initiatives
Manage relationships with external partners to align with sales
operations goals
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90
days)
2+ years of formal leadership experience with direct reports
3+ years of experience in a sales environment
Willingness to travel approximately 35% for business meetings
Ability to work any shift during business operation hours,
including nights and weekends
