seeking a strategic and energetic Regional Marketing Manager to
join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for
developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns for your
assigned home services brands within our portfolio of companies.
You will work closely with regional teams, vendors, SEER marketing,
and business stakeholders to drive brand awareness, increase
product interest, generate leads, and increase revenue. Your
responsibility will include managing local production, creating
content, managing public image, supporting integrations of
marketing technology, and producing collateral to support the needs
of SEER partner companies. A can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and
willingness to learn and try new things is critical.Salary: $80,000
- $100,000/annualBenefits: 401(k), Medical/Dental/Vision, Employee

5:00pm (Occasional extended hours and weekends may be required to
meet business needs.)Work Location: Remote (Must live in Western

Full-time, ExemptResponsibilities:
- Drive awareness and sales of the services and products offered
by brands throughout respective markets and assigned region.
- Manage all customer-facing brand collateral and profiles
including social accounts, business directories, websites,
advertisements, and print material for assigned brands.
- Reinforce brand identity through the creation and publishing of
high-quality and engaging content.
- Create web content that follows best practices for Search
Engine Optimization.
- Collaborate with brand personnel to create and manage review
solicitation and response workflows.
- Create and manage email campaigns to support business needs
within brands.
- Stay up to date on the relevant industry, macroeconomic, and
weather trends influencing assigned brands and subsequent business
opportunities/performance.
- Be well informed about equipment, utility, and federal rebates
and tax benefit programs surrounding relevant services, products,
and sustainability initiatives within assigned region.
- Manage and execute a variety of marketing programs, including
partnerships, sponsorships, community events, and local marketing
initiatives.
- Be an influential marketing leader. Sharing innovative ideas,
marketing acumen, best practices, promotions, lead management, and
more with brand teams and SEER marketing colleagues.
- Create marketing materials and collateral to support sales and
service initiatives within brands and their respective
markets.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets and scheduling for
marketing activities.
- Work with marketing leadership, finance, regional directors and
GMs to ensure tracking of critical metrics.
- Gather, analyze and report on the marketing funnel, marketing
activities, campaign performance, ROI, etc., providing insights and
recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional
directors, key partners, stakeholders, and marketing liaisons
assigned within brands.
- Complete regular competitive analysis for top market
competitors.
- Attend monthly regional meetings with stakeholders across
departments.
- Collaborate with SEER Marketing Lead Generation expert to
optimize performance and attribution of ongoing digital
campaigns.Job RequirementsQualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in local marketing, brand or marketing
management, paid advertising management, including a working
knowledge of SEM/SEO.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing
marketing plans that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including
campaign development, lead generation, branding, pricing, ad
trafficking, and attribution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and
organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, work independently and
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to advise or drive design and production strategy for
display, print, and video advertising.
- Data-driven approach to decision making, with experience in
campaign analytics and reporting.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including
sales and operations.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Home services industry experience.
- Experience managing local business profiles (Google Business
Profile, Angi's, Yelp.)
- Traditional advertising and media planning experience.
- Experience using design software and editing tools (Adobe,
Canva).
- Experience using email marketing software (Mailchimp, Constant
Contact, Marketo).
- Experience implementing tracking code & campaign attribution
