Job Description:

The role is part of the In-Space Systems business unit, which is
focused on addressing two of the most compelling challenges in
spaceflight today: space infrastructure and increasing mobility
on-orbit. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists,
technicians, and engineers, you will manage and lead a team of
subject matter experts to design and assemble testbeds (Hardware in
the Loop - HIL and Software in the Loop - SIL) to support the
In-Space Systems Business Unit. These testbeds are implemented in
rolling stages from concept architecture design through System
Interface Flight HW verification meeting the highest technical
standards. In addition, you will be interfacing with customers,
systems engineering, subsystems and the vehicle test team to
support TIM's to coordinate critical I&T events. You will be
responsible for the employee life cycle including performance
management and career development, training and allocating
engineering resources to program developments. You will be
encouraged to mentor, both technically and professionally,
less-experienced team members in systems engineering processes
related to the testing of avionics components.

Compensation Range for WA applicants: $136,620.00-$191,268.00
