A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engagement Manager -
Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within the
supplemental education accounts portfolio
Develop and implement engagement plans to prioritize retention and
revenue growth
Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify growth
opportunities and monitor account health
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, account
management, or program management
Experience in process management
Experience in strategic analysis and cross-functional
collaboration
Master's Degree or MBA preferred
