Job Description:

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a hybrid or remote position in West Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality service to clients and manage day-to-day account activities
Assist clients with coverage changes and educate them on insurance products
Market, negotiate, and prepare renewal options while maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

Property and casualty insurance license upon hire
At least 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance
In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with agency management systems, preferably EPIC
