Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning to lead
their Leadership Development practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and evolve leadership development programs for various levels
of leadership
Analyze and design manager development programming tailored for a
remote-first environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive future programming
and facilitate training sessions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in leadership development program design and
management
Experience in developing and delivering curriculum and learning
programs from scratch
Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to
decision-making
Coaching certification from ICF or another accredited organization
is preferred
Proven track record of program development that delivers business
impact and positive ROI
