Job Description:
A company is looking for an SMB Sales Manager to lead and coach
a team of Account Executives in new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and coach a team of 12-15 Account Executives to
improve sales effectiveness and achieve quotas
Build and maintain a positive team culture that fosters
collaboration and accountability
Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback for
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on outbound new
business acquisition
3+ years of leadership experience managing and coaching sales
teams
Proven ability to drive accountability and results within a
team
Experience with sales tools such as Salesloft is a plus
