Job Description:

Job Summary: The Clinic Manager II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.

The Clinic Manager II is responsible for ensuring strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. This includes leading staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner, which are sensitive to the patient's physical and psychological needs. The Clinic Manager II also ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.

The Clinic Manager II participates in SMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare management principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics
  
• Ensure strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience
  
• Lead staff to ensure timely and sensitive patient care services
  
• Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures
  
• Participate in SMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field or business or 6 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience
    
  • 2 years experience in healthcare management, physician practice management and/or clinical operations
    
  • Demonstrated progression into increasingly responsible leadership/management roles
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Previous multi-specialty clinic management experience
