Job SummaryCrystal Mountain is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Organizer to join our Custodial team. As a Waste Organizer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our mountain waste is sorted and disposed of in the proper receptacles, promoting a sustainable and environmentally friendly work environment.Key Responsibilities

• Sort and process waste, including compost, recycling, and landfill materials
• Ensure accurate and efficient waste disposal practices
• Maintain a clean and organized sorting station and facility
• Collaborate with Custodial Leads and Facilities Manager to achieve waste reduction and recycling goalsRequirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects
