Job Description:

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a team of stylists and drive success in a Redmond salon.
As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading an effective team, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer service goals
  
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
  
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized salon environment
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
    
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals
    
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of stylists
