Job Title: Quality Program Manager RNMultiCare Health System is seeking a highly skilled Quality Program Manager RN to join our team. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality and performance improvement programs for our assigned services and locations.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality and performance improvement programs to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
• Conduct analysis and identify areas for improvement, using techniques such as root cause analysis and descriptive statistics.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement improvement solutions.
• Oversee quality improvement projects and activities, and develop recommendations for actions based on research and findings.Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement.
  • Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Relevant certification in the specialty area preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a professional or technical role/function in a healthcare or related setting as applicable to a clinical specialty /service line.
