Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their
Cloud Infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities
Support and develop engineers through feedback, coaching, and
removing execution barriers
Own the engineering roadmap for Cloud Infrastructure and manage
project execution
Ensure the reliability of the product area in production and
maintain a healthy team culture
Required Qualifications
Empathy and ability to empower engineers for optimal
performance
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex
projects
Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS
products
Experience in recruiting, hiring, and building diverse teams
