Job Description:
A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Support Engineer to provide technical support for IAM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM systems,
including user provisioning and authentication processes
Collaborate with IT professionals and stakeholders to prioritize
and resolve IAM support requests
Document and track support requests using ticketing systems and
maintain knowledge articles related to IAM processes
Required Qualifications
Understanding of IAM tools and technologies
Familiarity with user provisioning, authentication, and
authorization processes
Knowledge of user directories, access control systems, and SSO
solutions
Experience with ticketing systems and support tools
Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations for
critical IAM issues
